Spots, Stripes, Stars & Mr Tumble

Hello all, I didn't take part in last weeks Handmade Monday, it was such a busy week, not only on the crafting front but me and Pat, (or should that be Pat and I), my husband had a few days out, we went to Cromer on the Norfolk Coast

Cromer Pier
we stopped for

and looked up some old friends

We also went to one of my favorite shopping locations and took a walk along the River Cam

The Mathematical Bridge over the River Cam

But now back to crafting. Anyone with young children will probably know, or at least heard of  Mr Tumble, I'd never heard of him until I was asked if I could do a Mr Tumble themed plaque, so I did some research (looked on google) and found that the character Mr Tumble was a children’s presenter on CBeebies who wore bright primary colours that was covered in spots, stripes and stars,

Mr Tumble from CBeebies

this is what I came up with...

A Door Plaque for Finley

Mr Tumble Style Plaque

Finley's mum was very pleased she said Finley would love the bright colours and it would be perfect for his bedroom.

I'm linking this post to Wendy's Handmade Monday over at her blog so pop over and join me in looking at the great blogs over there.

Wishing you all a great week
